Simultaneous Transmit Receive - STR™

Ubiqam's (patent pending) STR™ (Simultaneous Transmit and Receive) core technology is a set of smart and adaptive techniques for interference mitigation facilitated by enhancement of transmitter and receiver dynamic range. The technology embedded into our in-band backhauling solution enables simultaneous transmit and receive of wireless signals within the same frequency band. Our technology involves special combination of RF and DSP signal processing techniques.

Transparency and Compatibility

One of the key advantages of our technology is its transparency and backwards compatibility to the radio protocol and hence is applicable to HSPA/HSPA+, WiMAX and LTE. Moreover this is done without HW or SW modifications in the existing (Macro) Base-station infrastructure and mobile terminals.
